150 gram Quinoa Flakes
15 grams Flaxseed
1/4 tsp Salt, Table
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
2 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
2 grams Fiberhusk
400 grams Water

Recipe Directions for Cinnamon Quinoa-Bread (with Flax Seed)

  1. Sett først ovnen på 200 grader.

  2. Bland det tørre. Rør inn lunkn vannet og la det stå og svelle 5 min.

  3. Fordel røra jevnt utover en form eller stekeplate med bakepapir. Det dekker ca 1/2 vanlig bakeplate.
