It's yummy. Can be served over rice, with noodles. You add tofu, eggs, etc.

Recipe Ingredients for Cinnamon Pork w/ Sherry, soy, braggs - broth based

1 lb pork
2/3 cup sherry wine
2/3 cup soy sauce
6 cups water
10 garlic cloves
1 tbl anise
2 tbl cinnamon

Recipe Directions for Cinnamon Pork w/ Sherry, soy, braggs - broth based

  1. Mix it all. Serve the way you'd like!

  2. It's a broth base

  3. OH!!!

  4. use 1/3 cup Soy Sauce

  5. and 1/3 cup BRAGGS!!

  6. Each serving listed is 20oz = 2.5cups

  7. 1 lb = 16 ounces. So, that'd be 4 cups of pork.. 1 cup or 8oz each. 3.2oz per 1.25 cups.
