Fluffy thick sweet pancakes that are good enough to eat cold for left overs. Make approx. 9 medium sized pancakes. Very filling and very yummy

Recipe Ingredients for Cinnamon Pancakes

1 1/2 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
1 1/4 cup Milk, Lowfat, Fluid, 1% Milkfat
45 grams Becel Light Margarine
1 large Egg, Whole
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/2 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
3 tsp Baking Powder
1/4 cup Sugars, Granulated
1/2 tsp Salt, Table

Recipe Directions for Cinnamon Pancakes

  1. Sift dry ingredients together

  2. In a seperate bowl beat 1 egg, and then beat in milk. Add oil (or melted butter), and vanilla to egg and milk mixture.

  3. Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients and add the wet ingredients. Mix until just mixed do not over mix or pancakes will become very flat.

  4. Cook in a greased griddle on med heat until golden brown on both sides. Approximately 2 TBS of batter per pancake.
