Recipe Ingredients for Cinnamon Pancake Mix

3 cups all-purpose flour
3 tablespoons granulated sugar
2 tablespoons baking powder
4 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 1/4 teaspoons salt
3 eggs
2 1/4 cups milk
6 tablespoons vegetable oil

Recipe Directions for Cinnamon Pancake Mix

  1. Mix all dry ingredients into pancake mix.

  2. In medium bowl, beat the egg with the milk and oil.

  3. Stir in the pancake mix. Batter should be a little bit lumpy.

  4. Dollop about a 1/4 cup batter per pancake onto a lightly greased griddle or skillet set at medium-high heat. Cook both sides until golden brown.
