Recipe Ingredients for Cinnamon Oats

1/2 cup oats
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (or to taste)

Recipe Directions for Cinnamon Oats

  1. Pour oats into a bowl. Place off to the side.

  2. Set 1/2 cup of water on the stove on medium to high heat and bring to a boil.

  3. Once the water is boiling, remove from the stove and add to the oats. Let the oats soak for a few minutes until the water is gone and the oats are soft but still chewy.

  4. Mix in cinnamon and enjoy! If you like, other options include flaxseed, soy milk, raw sugar, cocoa powder or sugar substitutes.
