Recipe Ingredients for Cinnamon Oatmeal Breakfast Pudding

2 cups water
1/4 tsp salt
4 large eggs
1/4 cup milk 1%
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 1/4 cups quick oats
1 1/3 cups milk 1%
1/4 cup dried cranberries
4 tsp splenda

Recipe Directions for Cinnamon Oatmeal Breakfast Pudding

  1. Bring water and salt to boil in medium saucepan over high heat.

  2. Whik together eggs, 1/4 cup of milk,cinnamon and vanilla in medium bowl. Stir into boiling water. Reduce heat to medium low.

  3. Stir in oats. Simmer until desired consistancy, aout 5 to 6 minutes, stirring occasionnally.

  4. Spoon into bowls; top each serving with milk, cranberries and sugar
