Hearty pancakes with a nutty flavor

Recipe Ingredients for Cinnamon-oat pancakes

2 cup All Purpose Flour
1/4 cup, packed Sugars, Brown
4 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Salt, Table
1/2 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
2 cup dry Old Fashioned Quaker Oats
2 cup Milk, Reduced Fat, Fluid, 2% Milkfat
2 large Egg, Whole
1/4 cup Vegetable Oil, Canola

Recipe Directions for Cinnamon-oat pancakes

  1. Combine flour, sugar, powder, salt, cinnamon and 1 c oats in food porcessor, oulse a gew times. In lg. bowl whisk together milk, eggs, and oil. Add dru ingredients and 1 cup oats and whisk judt till moistened.

  2. Heat a large skillet over medium, lightly oil dkillet. Using 2 to 3 tablespoons of batter per cake. Cook until a few bubbles burst, 1-2 minutes. Flip pancakes and cook till browned.
