Recipe Ingredients for Cinnamon Muffins

120 grams Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
0.25 cup Sugars, Granulated
0.25 cup Vegetable Oil, Canola
0.33 cup Milk, Lowfat, Fluid, 1% Milkfat
0.5 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
0.25 tsp Salt, Table
1.5 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1 large Egg, Whole

Recipe Directions for Cinnamon Muffins

  1. combine dry ingredients in one bowl

  2. beat egg in another

  3. add milk and oil to egg, beat w/ whisk

  4. add wet ingredients to dry ones, stir until just combined. will be lumpy

  5. divide among 6 muffin cups

  6. bake at 400F for about 15 minutes
