A tastey, healthy raw food recipe for granola.

Recipe Ingredients for Cinnamon GRAWnola

2 cups oat groats, dry
2 cups spelt berries, dry
1 cup raw sunflower seeds
1 banana
3 tbsp raw almond butter
1/2 cup Agave Nectar
4 tbsp ground cinnamon
1/2 cup raw almonds
1/2 cup raw walnuts

Recipe Directions for Cinnamon GRAWnola

  1. Soak the oat groats and the spelt berries 12-18 hours, changing the water every few hours.

  2. Drain and rinse the groats and berries and place into a large bowl, and add the sunflower seeds.

  3. In a food processor (or by hand) chop the almonds, then transfer to the bowl.

  4. In a food processor, mix banana and almond butter with 1 tbsp of the cinnamon.

  5. Pour the almond butter and banana mixture onto the dry mixture along with the agave nectar, then stir in the remaining cinnamon.

  6. Dehydrate at 105 degrees for about 10 hours, or overnight.
