Recipe Ingredients for cinnamon granola

4 c rolled oats
1/2 c unsweetened coconut
1 c almonds, finely chopped
1/2 c sesame seed
3/4 t salt
1 t cinnamon
1/2 c honey
1/3 c canola oil
1/2 t vanilla extract

Recipe Directions for cinnamon granola

  1. Preheat oven to 350.

  2. Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl.

  3. In a separate bowl, combine wet ingredients and add to dry mixture. Mix thoroughly.

  4. Spread on 2 large greased baking pans and bake 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  5. Let cool and store in a tightly covered container in the refrigerator.
