2 tbsp Cinnamon, Ground
0.5 serving Impact Zero Carbo NeoNutri
1 packet Sweetener
0.33 tbsp Butter

Recipe Directions for Cinnamon egg muffins

  1. Use the butter to grease two silicon muffin molds;

  2. Mix all the other ingredients;

  3. Pour into the molds;

  4. Microwave for 45 to 60 seconds.
