1/4 cup chopped dates
1/4 cup dried cranberries
1/3 cup whole pecans, almonds or walnuts
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon

  2. Put mixture on wax paper and roll into logs using wax paper.

  3. Cut in half and eat. Or wrap in plastic wrap for later.
