Recipe Ingredients for Cinnamon Cream

100 gram silken tofu
1 tsp almond oil
1/4 cup maple syrup
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon

Recipe Directions for Cinnamon Cream

  1. put all ingredients in a bowl and blend

  2. refrigerate until ready to eat

  3. can serve with a 1/2 inch wedge of baked apple (add 10 calories per slice)
