Recipe Ingredients for cinnamon cranberry flax muffins

1 cup, chopped Cranberries
20 tbsp Milled Flax Seed
3 tbsp Cinnamon, Ground
4 large Egg, Whole
0.25 cup Olive Oil
1 dash Salt, Table
1 cup Syrups, Maple
1 tbsp Vanilla Extract
0.75 cup Chopped Walnuts

Recipe Directions for cinnamon cranberry flax muffins

preheat oven to 350, butter muffin tins. pour boiling water over cranberries for 5 minutes then remove from water. mix in all ingredients but cranberries and let sit for 10min to thicken. fold in cranberries. fill in tins half way sprinkle with nuts. bake for 15 minutes. saves up to a week in fridge, 3 months in freezer
