Recipe Ingredients for cinnamon cocoa quick bread

1 1/2 cups Whole Wheat flour
1 cup oat Flour
1/2 a teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup flax seed, ground
1 cup soy milk
1/4 cup Olive oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon unsweetened Cocoa powder
1 tablespoon brown sugar

Recipe Directions for cinnamon cocoa quick bread

  1. - mix dry ingredients

  2. - mix in wet

  3. - mix cinnamon and cocoa in seperate bowl

  4. - pour 1/3 mix into 9x5x3 loaf pan

  5. - sprinkle some cinnamon mix over

  6. - another 1/3 batter, then cinnamon,

  7. - repeat

  8. - bake at 350 for 45-50 min
