Recipe Ingredients for Cinnamon Carrots

1 lb carrots, sliced
1/3 cup butter
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/3 cup boiling water

Recipe Directions for Cinnamon Carrots

  1. Preheat oven to 350. (Or can microwave.)

  2. Place carrots in 1 1/2 quart baking dish.

  3. Cream together butter, sugar, salt, cinnamon. Stir in boiling water. Pour over carrots.

  4. Bake for 1 hour or nuke for 10 minutes.
