A wonderful gluten free recipe. You can sprinkle with cinnamon sugar for a little extra zing.

Recipe Ingredients for Cinnamon Bun Muffins Gluten Free

1 cup almond meal
2 tbsp. Coconut Flour
84 g Agave Nectar
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tbsp vanilla
1 tbsp cinnamon
3 eggs

Recipe Directions for Cinnamon Bun Muffins Gluten Free

  1. Mix wet ingredients together.

  2. In separate bowl, mix dry ingredients together.

  3. Mix wet into dry.

  4. Place scant 1/4 cup in paper lined muffin tins.

  5. Bake at 350 for 18 minutes.

  6. Let cool in tins.
