Makes a cinnamon bun loaf in the shape of three cinnamon rolls. Exceedingly tasty. NB: SERVING SIZE of a slice of the baked loaf actually ~60g. The recipe analyser does not allow for weight loss during cooking (I guessed approx. 30% by water).

Recipe Ingredients for Cinnamon bun loaf

1 1/8 tsp dried yeast
0.83 cup 2% milk, warm
1/2 tsp white sugar
1/8 cup melted butter
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 large egg yolk
2 1/4 cups plain flour
1 1/2 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
73 g brown sugar, packed (demarera is good), plus 2 tbsp raisins if desired
1 tsp ground cinnamon, or combined spices and cinnamon
