Low fat cinnamon bread made with pudding and yogurt, cream and sour cream.

Recipe Ingredients for Cinnamon Bread

2 c Flour
1/2 c dark brown sugar
1/2 c white sugar
2 egg whites
1/4 c cream
1 c fat free yogurt
1/2 c fat free yogurt
2 tbsp. low fat sour cream
1 tbsp. light butter
2 tbsp. dark brown sugar

Recipe Directions for Cinnamon Bread

Mix all ingredients except for butter and extra brown sugar. Also add 1 tsp salt, 2 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp baking soda, 1 tsp. vanilla and several tsp cinnamon and spices. Pour into pan. Mix together butter spread and brown sugar and extra cinnamon and dot on top of bread. Bake at 350F for about 50 minutes.
