Recipe Ingredients for Cinnamon Apricot Salad

1 apricot
1 cup of spinach
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 tsp of sugar
3/4 cup of cereal

Recipe Directions for Cinnamon Apricot Salad

  1. Mix cinnamon and sugar in separate bowl together

  2. Cut apricot in slices and coat them with the spices

  3. Mix the spiced apricots and spinach and toss

  4. Sprinkle granola on salad

  5. Enjoy
