Recipe Ingredients for Cindy's Yams

9 cups yams
10 oz pecans, chopped
1/2 cup half and half
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
2 tbsp flax seed
1/4 cup splenda for baking

Recipe Directions for Cindy's Yams

  1. boil the yams

  2. mash the yams

  3. mix in the half and half

  4. put 'em in a bowl

  5. mix all other ingredients in a seperate bowl and spoon on top of mashed yams

  6. bake at 375 for 45 min or till bubbling
