Recipe Ingredients for Cindy's Protein Salad

1 1/2 cup, chopped Broccoli
3/4 cup, chopped Carrots
3/4 cup chopped Cucumber
1/2 medium raw Onion Red finely diced
1/4 cup Cilantro
1/2 cup Black Beans
1 tsp Cumin
1/2 tsp Spices Ground Coriander
1/4 cup Lime Juice
2 tbsp Crumbled Goat's Milk Feta Cheese
1/2 tsp Spices Ground Black Pepper
2 Tomatos
1 Red Pepper
1/2 Green Pepper

Recipe Directions for Cindy's Protein Salad

  1. cut it all up in small bite-size pieces - go light on the onion if you aren't crazy for that flavor

  2. mix in together well

  3. serve at room temperature
