Recipe Ingredients for Cindy's Potato Soup

2 tbsp butter
1 cup onions, diced
3 cloves garlic
2 tsp red pepper flakes
3 potatoes, cubed
4 cups water
2 cups ham, cubed
2 cups cheddar cheese, 2%
3 tbsp flour
1/4 cup water
2 cups milk, 2%

Recipe Directions for Cindy's Potato Soup

  1. Add butter to pan and melt, add onions, red pepper flakes, and garlic, saute until soft.

  2. Add potatoes and cover with water, bring to slow boil

  3. Cook potatoes for about 15 minutes

  4. In a shaker container, add flour and water, shake well and add to soup stir until thickened

  5. Add milk

  6. Add ham and cheese

  7. Cook until cheese is melted
