Bananas, low cal vanilla whey powder, flax seed, and quick oats with touch of cinnamon. This is an experiment!!

Recipe Ingredients for Cindy's Nut-Free Protein Bars

200 g bananas
2 tsp ground cinnamon
3 large raw egg whites
1/2 cup nonfat milk
2 1/2 cups quick oats
3 tablespoons milled flax seed
100 g 100% Whey Protein

Recipe Directions for Cindy's Nut-Free Protein Bars

mix it up reaaaal good, spread it out in a metal, sprayed/greased baking sheet (mine is like 1/4 inch tall going into the oven), bake at 350 and we shall see how long it takes (put in for 20 min to start)
