A family favorite. Can be divided up and made into hamburger patties too!

Recipe Ingredients for Cindy's Meatloaf

1 lb lean ground beef
1/2 cup oatmeal
1/4 cup onions
1 egg
1 cup tomato sauce

Recipe Directions for Cindy's Meatloaf

  1. Combine all ingredients

  2. Season with salt and pepper and other favorite seasonings

  3. Place in loaf pan and bake for 1 hour at 350 or divide into 6 to 8 patties and grill for 5-6 minutes on your George Foreman grill
