4 cups Mix Spring A Blend of Seasonal Greens
1 cup arugula
1 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 pinch of sugar
1 salt to taste
1 black pepper to taste

Recipe Directions for Cindy's Green Salad

  1. Wash and dry greens and arugula, tear into bite size pieces

  2. Stir together oil, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper until combined.

  3. Toss with greens and serve.

  4. Greens can be prepared early, refrigerate.
