1 Serving Chicken
4 cups Spinach Baby
2 medium Carrots
64 fl oz Organic Low Sodium Chicken Broth

Recipe Directions for Cindy's Almost Homemade Chicken Soup

  1. Finely chop carrots.

  2. In Dutch oven, add soup mix, carrots, and Chicken Broth and bring to a boil.

  3. Add chicken breast, reduce to a simmer, cover and cook 15 minutes until chicken is cooked through, remove and cool.

  4. Shred chicken.

  5. Add baby spinach and stir well pulling spinach down into soup.

  6. Add shredded chicken, heat through and serve.
