Recipe Ingredients for cindi's layered skillet talapia

55 grams Onion Red
55 grams Bell Pepper Green
6 serving talapia
1 1/5 cup Tomatoes
6 medium Mushrooms
5 grams Cilantro
1/4 tsp Cumin

Recipe Directions for cindi's layered skillet talapia

  1. start with 6 (4oz.) talipia filets in single layer on bottom of skillet, followed by one can of rotel tomatoes, drained; 1/2 bell pepper, cut in thin strips; 1/2 red onions, cut in thin strips;5-6 med. mushrooms, sliced very thin;1/4 C. finely chopped cilantro; T. finely minced parsley;t. cumin; t italian seasoning;fresh ground black pepper;1/4 C. white cooking wine.

  2. bring to boil and simmer approx. 10 min. (fish flakes, vegetables

  4. uncover and squeeze one whole lime over entire skillet.
