Recipe Ingredients for Cindi's hot cereal

1 cup rolled oats
1 cup oatmeal
1 cup wheat bran
1/4 cup flax seed meal
1 1/2 cups blueberries
1 1/2 cups soy milk
6 tablespoons honey

Recipe Directions for Cindi's hot cereal

  1. Mix together the rolled oats, oatmeal, and wheat bran.

  2. Bring 1 cup water to a boil, adding a pinch of salt.

  3. Add 1/2 cup of the oatmeal mixture and stir until thickened.

  4. Sweeten with 1 tablespoon of honey and add 1/4 cup blueberries.

  5. Pour on 3 tablespoons flax seed meal and soy milk.
