Recipe Ingredients for Cinco de mayo fajitas

8 corn tortillas
2 tspn vegetable Oil
1/4 cup onion
1 green Bell pepper cut into strips
1 lb. chicken breast cut into strips
1/4 cup water
1 tomato cut into wedges

Recipe Directions for Cinco de mayo fajitas

  1. cook onions and green pepper in an oiled skillet over medium high until tender;set aside. in same skillet,brown meat;drain fat. mix seasonings and water.

  2. bring mixture to boil; reduce heat to low and cook uncovered for 5 minutes. return onions and bell peppers to skillet; add tomatoes. heat through and serve with warmed tortillas.
