Recipe Ingredients for Cincinnati Chili

32 oz Beef, Ground, 95% Lean Meat / 5% Fat, Crumbles
3 cup Onions
3 clove Garlic
15 oz Tomato Sauce No Salt Added
1 serving HEB Beef Broth Reduced Sodium
1 tbsp Chili Powder
30 pieces Real Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
6 Teaspoon Vinegar Wine White
2 tbsp Honey, Strained Or Extracted
1 tbsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
1 tsp Salt, Table
1 serving Ground Cumin
0.5 tsp, ground Cardamom
0.25 tsp Cloves, Ground
16 oz Fettuccine
2 cup Sharp Cheddar Shredded
15 oz Beans, Kidney, All Types, Mature Seeds, Canned

Recipe Directions for Cincinnati Chili

In dutch oven, cook beef, 2 c. onions, and garlic until beef is brown and onion is tender. Drain fat. Stir in the remaining ingredients except beans, cheese and fettuccine. Bring to boil then reduce heat. Cover. Simmer over low heat 1 hour. Skim off fat. Cook fettuccine; drain. Serve with beans, cheese, onions.
