Everything turned out great except I added too much chocolate. Would start at 3 tbsp and go from there. 6 servings at 1 cup each.

Recipe Ingredients for Cincinatti Turkey Chili

13 oz lean ground turkey
3 c onion, chopped
1 1/2 c green bell pepper, chopped
5 cloves garlic
2 tbsp chili powder
4 tbsp tomato paste
2 tsp cumin
2 tsp oregano
1 tsp cinnamon
1 c fat free chicken broth
15 oz Kidney beans
15 oz Pinto Beans
28 oz diced tomatoes, undrained
3 tbsp semisweet chocolate, chopped
1/2 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Cincinatti Turkey Chili

  1. Heat up dutch oven over medium high heat.

  2. Add turkey, sautee for 3 min.

  3. Add 1 cup onion, bell pepper, and garlic. Saute 3 min.

  4. Stir in chili powder and next 4 ingredients. Cook 1 min.

  5. Add broth, beans and tomatoes. Bring to boil, cover and reduce heat. Simmer 20 min, stirring occasionally.

  6. Remove from heat, add chocolate and salt.

  7. Serve over rice or spaghetti if so desired.

  8. Top with cheese or some chopped onion if desired.
