Recipe Ingredients for Cilantro Wraps

2 lettuce leaves
1 oz cilantro
2 oz corned beef
2 green onions
3/10 oz light mayonaise
1 oz yellow pepper

Recipe Directions for Cilantro Wraps

  1. mix Cilantro and mayonnaise

  2. Spread mixture on tow lettuce leaves

  3. Apply one slice of Corned beef to each leaf

  4. spread more mayonaisse on beef, add onion and peppers.

  5. Roll up into wrap. Hold together with toothpick.

  6. Wrap in clear plastic wrap. Great mid morning or afternoon snack
