Recipe Ingredients for Cilantro Lime Rice

1 cup
2 cups chicken stock
1 tbsp
1 tsp lime juice
1 tsp fresh cilantro, minced

Recipe Directions for Cilantro Lime Rice

  1. Place everything in a 3-quart saucepan.

  2. Bring to a boil, stirring once.

  3. Cover with a tight lid and simmer for 20 minutes.

  4. Remove from heat and let stand 5-10 more minutes.
