Chicken Breast marinated in lime juice, chili sauce, garlic, and cilantro. Serving suggestion: Serve over Santa Fe Black Bean Salad.

Recipe Ingredients for Cilantro Lime Chiken

480 grams Chicken Breast
1/2 cup fresh Lime Juice
2 tbsp Lime Zest
1 cup Cilantro
12 taespoons Garlic Chili Pepper Sauce
3 cloves Garlic
2 tsp Dijon Mustard
2 tsp Dry Mustard
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder

Recipe Directions for Cilantro Lime Chiken

  1. In food processor, combine everything except chicken.

  2. Place a small amount of marinade in bottom of baking dish.

  3. Place chicken breast in dish and top with rest of marinade.

  4. Let stand in fridge for about 2 hours.

  5. Bake in oven at 425 degrees for about 30 - 45 min, or until chicken is fully cooked.
