Recipe Ingredients for Cilantro-Lime Brown Rice

1 cup brown rice
1 tablespoon butter
1/4 cup lime juice
1/4 cup cilantro

Recipe Directions for Cilantro-Lime Brown Rice

  1. Melt butter in pan.

  2. Saute rice and lime juice for 1 minute.

  3. Add 2 cups water & cook according to package (40-50 min).

  4. Add cilatro & fluff rice rice.

  5. Add salt, pepper & limejuice accordoing to taste.
