It's very good on rice, or sourdough bread. To make it less spicy, skip or limit chili.

Recipe Ingredients for Cilantro Chutney

100 grams cilantro
100 grams red lentils
50 ml coconut milk
15 ml canola oil
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 pinch black mustard seeds
1 pinch cumin
1 gram green chili
10 grams ginger
1 tsp salt
100 ml water

Recipe Directions for Cilantro Chutney

Heat oil on medium. Put mustard seeds, cumin, turmeric powder, chilis, ginger, and red lentils. Stir and cook for about 2 minutes. Add cilantro. Saute for another 3 minutes. put everything in a blender and puree, adding coconut milk and water and salt to taste. enjoy!
