Recipe Ingredients for Cidered hotpot

2 cup, chopped Carrots
1.5 cup, cubes Turnips
70 grams pure dairy free soya spread
2 serving swede_uncooked
2 cup, chopped or diced Onions
3 cup Leeks, (Bulb And Lower Leaf-portion)
2 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.) Potatoes, Boiled
25 grams Sun-Dried Tomato Paste
15 grams Marmite

Recipe Directions for Cidered hotpot

  1. cut veg and fry gently in butter for 10 minutes until softened. Transfer to dish.

  2. Make sauce with flour and cider add tomato puree and yeast extract and sage thyme and bay . Pour over the beg. Arrange sliced potatoes on top and sprinkle with cheese or engevita if vegan. Bake until cooked about 1 hour.
