The vinegar tenderizes the chicken so fantastically and leaves a slight tang to the flavor. This is YUMMY. This can also be done with just the Chicken,Cider Vinegar, and Garlic. I like a more snazzy taste! Add any spice you like!

Recipe Ingredients for Cider Vinegar Chicken

4 breasts of Chicken,boneless and skinless
1 cup Cider Vinegar
5 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Cumin
1 tsp Red Pepper

Recipe Directions for Cider Vinegar Chicken

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.

  2. In 1 cup of Cider Vinegar,mix all ingredients. Pour in large Zip-top bag. Add chicken.

  3. Marinate 1 hour each side.

  4. Place in 9x13 dish and bake for 35-45 minutes,turning once halfway through bake time.

  5. OR

  6. If in a hurry,you can place chicken in 9x13 dish.Pour vinegar with mixed spices over chicken.

  7. Bake for 35-45 minutes, turning halfway through.
