Recipe Ingredients for cider pork and potatoes

2 1/2 lbs pork tenderloin
1 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp flour
4 potatoes
1 large onion
10 prunes
10 dried apricots
2 dried peaches
2 dried apples
1 dried pear
2 cups apple cider
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper

Recipe Directions for cider pork and potatoes

  1. brown cubed pork in oil with flour

  2. dice all vegetables and fruit

  3. place in large pot.

  4. put all in lg pot

  5. add cider to drippings in pan

  6. add cider to pot

  7. cook on low for 3-4 hours
