Chicken marinated in worchestershire sauce and montreal seasoning, served with steamed and mashed cauliflower and seared sugar peas.

Recipe Ingredients for Chx, cauli, & peas

10 pea pods Peas, Edible-podded (sugar snap peas)
2 serving Chicken Tenderloins
2 cup (1" pieces) Cauliflower

Recipe Directions for Chx, cauli, & peas

  1. Cook chicken on grill.

  2. Boil water, add cauliflower and dab of butter or cheese. Boil until tender, remove from pot and mash in bowl.

  3. Sear sugar peas in skillet or boil in water used for cauliflower, until slightly crunchy to taste.
