Recipe Ingredients for Chupe de Mariscos

500 g shrimp, shelled and clean
500 g mussels
500 g clams
2 onions, diced
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tbsp chili powder
1 cup chicken broth
2 slices bread
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup corn
1/2 cup rice, uncooked
1 cup peas
2 potatoes medium
4 eggs, poached
1 cup parmesan cheese
1/2 cup tomato sauce

Recipe Directions for Chupe de Mariscos

Limpiar los mariscos. Frer en aceite cebolla y aj de color, agregar salsa de tomate, miga de pan remojada en leche y estrujado. Colocar en fuente enmantequillada los mariscos y los huevos duros cortados en gajos, verter la mezcla anterior y espolvorear queso rallado. Precalentar el horno y hornear 30 minutos.
