Recipe Ingredients for Chunky Veggie Pumpkin Chili

794 g Hunts crushed tomatoes
425 g Pumpkin, canned
2 tsp garlic, minced
1/2 tbsp red pepper
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp paprika
411 g Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added
454 g bushs best chili beans
425 g black beans, organic
1/2 c red bell pepper, chopped
2 c portabella mushrooms, chopped
1 1/2 c zucchini, chopped
1 1/2 c onion, chopped

Recipe Directions for Chunky Veggie Pumpkin Chili

  1. Add crushed tomatoes, pumpkin, garlic, and all the seasonings to the crock pot. Mix well.

  2. Add diced tomatoes, both types of beans, diced green chiles, and all the veggies. Stir thoroughly.

  3. Cover and cook on high for 3 to 4 hours or on low for 7 to 8 hours. Enjoy!
