Recipe Ingredients for chunky vegetarian chili

1 tbsp olive oil
200 g onion, raw
100 g pepper, sweet red
160 g pepper, sweet green
2 cloves garlic
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 1/2 tbsp chili powder
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp oregano, dried
28 ounces tomatoes
30 ounces black beans
15 ounces kidney beans
15 ounces pinto beans

Recipe Directions for chunky vegetarian chili

  1. saute onions, peppers, and garlic abotu 5 minutes.

  2. add remaining ingreadients and bring to boil; simmer 30 minutes.

  3. serving = 1 cup
