Recipe Ingredients for Chunky Vegetarian Chili

1 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola
16 oz Beans, Kidney, Red, Mature Seeds, Canned
30 oz Black Beans Canned
15 oz Beans, Pinto, Mature Seeds, Canned
1 medium Green Bell Pepper
120 grams Yellow Hothouse Bell Pepper
30 oz Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
13 grams White Onion

Recipe Directions for Chunky Vegetarian Chili

Chop one cup green bell pepper, one cup yellow bell pepper, and one cup white onion. Saute in 1 tsp olive oil until tender. Add rest of ingredients, salt and pepper to taste. Bring ingredients to boil then lower heat and simmer for 30 min.
