Recipe Ingredients for Chunky Pepper Tomato Sauce

1.5 cup Strained Tomatoes
1 medium raw Onion Yellow
2 clove Garlic
0.25 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Red
10 strips Peppers, Sweet, Yellow
1 tbsp Olive Oil
0.5 tsp Sea Salt
0.5 tbsp Soy Sauce

Recipe Directions for Chunky Pepper Tomato Sauce

  1. Warm oil.

  2. Add onions and some salt, followed by garlic and peppers, and cook until soft.

  3. Add tomato sauce, and bring to a boil.

  4. Add soy sauce.

  5. Add salt, pepper, and Italian seasonings to taste.
