Recipe Ingredients for Chunky Meatless Chilli

1 medium green pepper, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
30 oz tomatoes, canned
2 c kidney beans, cooked
2 c peas, blackeyed, cooked
1 c corn, frozen

Recipe Directions for Chunky Meatless Chilli

  1. Saute green pepper, onion and garlic until tender

  2. Add remainder of ingredients to pot

  3. Bring to a boil

  4. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 20 minutes
