Recipe Ingredients for Chunky Italian Soup

1 2/5 lb roast, cubed
1 med. onion, chopped
29 ounce canned tomatoes
10 3/4 ounce tomato soup
4 cups water
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 teaspoons dried basil
2 teaspoons dried oregano
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon chili powder
16 ounce kidney beans, drained
16 ounce green beans, drained
1 med. carrot, chopped
1 med. zucchini, chopped
6 ounces rotini pasta, cooked

Recipe Directions for Chunky Italian Soup

Brown beef and onion over medium heat. Stir in tomatoes, next 8 ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, stirring occasionally, 30 minutes. Stir in beans and vegetables; simmer, stirring occasionally, 15 minutes. Stir in pasta.
