Recipe Ingredients for Chunky East Coast Seafood Chowder

2 oz potato, peeled and diced
1 1/2 oz celery, chopped
1 1/2 oz onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
7 1/2 g vegetable oil
3/4 c Broth Chicken Reduced Sodium
1 3/4 c skim milk, divided
7 1/2 g cornstarch
4 1/2 oz shrimp, tails removed
3 oz whole baby clams, drained
1 1/2 oz corn kernels
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp hot pepper
2 tbsp parlsley, fresh, chopped

Recipe Directions for Chunky East Coast Seafood Chowder

  1. Place potatoes, onion, celery and garlic in the Actifry Pan.

  2. Drizzle with oil and cook for 5 minutes

  3. Pour in chicken broth and 200 ml of the milk

  4. Whisk remaining milk with cornstarch until smooth and pour into the actifry pan.

  5. Cook for 10 minutes or until chowder is thickened and potatoes are fork tender.

  6. Add the shrimp, clams, salmon and corn; cook for 5 minutes or until shrimp is opaque.

  7. Add the salt, pepper, and hot peppers.

  8. Garnish with parsley
