Chunky chili that is full of veggies. Recipe fills a 6 quart crock pot. I'm guessing this would serve 5 hungry folks or 10 lighter eaters.

Recipe Ingredients for Chunky chili

28 oz Crushed Tomatoes
45 oz Diced Tomatoes with Roasted Garlic
1 can (303 x 406) Corn, Sweet, Yellow
15 oz Black Beans
1.5 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Green
1.5 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Red
2 large Onions
2 portion ( yield from 1/2 lb raw meat ) Beef, Ground, 95% Lean Meat / 5% Fat, Crumbles
3 tbsp Chili Powder
1 tsp Cumin
3 serving Cayenne Pepper
6 clove Garlic
2 tsp Pepper, Black
1 tbsp Garlic Powder
0.04 oz Bay Leaf

Recipe Directions for Chunky chili

Add tomatoes, corn, black beans, and all the powdered spices to crock pot. Tuck 2 bay leaves into pot -but don't loose them - you don't want to get stabbed in the mouth when you're eating later. Chop onions and peppers. Brown 1 lb lean hamburger and combine in crock pot. Soften peppers, onions, and minced garlic in skillet - then add to crock pot. Let it simmer for however long it takes to get to desired temperature - then feast.
